And it’s not even the day after Thanksgiving.
We will be on vacation next week in the mountains of North Carolina — YAY.
The cabin has no Internet — BOO.
Forced withdrawal. I’m already getting a little shaky.
If things really get bad, I did print a list of somewhat local (within ½-hour) WiFi hotspots. But I hope we will be too busy enjoying the incredible natural beauty and downtime from the rat race to worry about what’s going on in the real world. (The cabin actually has a waterfall right behind it. I’m pretty psyched. Although, it’s a sight-unseen thing — I found it on eBay…yeah, I know.)
With any luck, I’ll have some interesting pix and stories to share when we get back. Have a wonderful week!
Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.
Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you,
and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.
