I only remember the good bosses, and each time I have a bad work day (within the hellhole I currently work at, until I find something else), I remember good bosses of the past and that gets me through, and also reinforces the fact that there are good bosses out there, because it’s easy to fall into the slump of believing that every boss is out to eat workers alive.
